Winter’s here, and the chill makes us all want to cosy up on the couch, feeling too lazy to even think about cooking dinner. If you’re nodding along with us, let us introduce you to our heavenly barramundi one-tray recipes! It’s simple, easy, healthy and all you have to do is toss (literally) everything into a baking tray and fold it into a parcel!

One-tray meals are a game-changer for busy weeknights. They not only save time in preparation but also in cleanup, no more juggling multiple pots and pans. With just one tray, you can create a balanced meal with barra, vegetables, and flavourful seasonings all cooking together! Plus barra is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, which is known to boost the immune system, helping to fend off colds and flu. This nutritious boost keeps you healthy during the colder months, making barramundi an excellent choice for winter dinners.
