Barramundi Lemon, Garlic & Chilli Zoodles

  • Barramundi Fillets
  • EVOO
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Fresh Chilli
  • 1/2 Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Cup of Cream
  • Zucchini Noodles


  1. Heat some oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add in your chopped, garlic and chilli until fragrant.
  2. Cut your barramundi into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan, until they are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
  3. Once the barramundi is cooked squeeze your lemon and add your cream in. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until it thickens.
  4. Add your Zucchini Noodles and toss them in the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Plate up and enjoy!
